You also want a program that will allow you to schedule automatic
full system scans on a timeline that works for you. The program
should also automatically update from time to time, as new viruses
are released daily.
Computer firewalls are the guards that stand at the doorway of
your computer. While detailed computer instruction would be necessary
to gain a technical understanding of how they work, you can get
a basic idea by using this image. The guard at the door determines
who gets in and who gets out.
If something that isn’t on your list tries to go in or out, the
guard asks you what you want to do and allows you to make a judgment

on you new PC. You don’t need any advanced computer instruction
to figure these systems out, as the directions are usually very
self explanatory. Once your free trial period is up, you can decide
if you want to go ahead and subscribe to the service, or if you
want to try another.
No matter what you choose, you need to make sure that you always
have some kind of computer firewall active on your machine. This
will prevent major headaches later on down the road.
